Features
Fast-track Dilation catheter is designed for use during PTCA procedures where pre-dilation is required prior to DES deployment or for Chronic Total Occlusion. Fast-track offers the best features compared to most advanced dilation catheters in the market.
New SPV hypo-tube material provides improved pushability and kink resistance over the old stainless steel material.
The inner lumen tapers through the entire length all the way to the 0.017” tip giving a very small leading profile.
The larger proximal diameter reduces guide wire friction.
The outer lumen tapers down to 2.4 French at the distal end while providing a large fluid path proximally.
The high pressure, low profile balloon is available in many sizes and is produced from a soft material that allows
it to transverse extremely tight radius.
A single radiopaque marker is positioned central to the balloon giving improved flexibility over double marker systems.
All joints are welded and kept to a minimum length to assist in the flexibility of the product.
The combination of these features provides the lowest achievable profiles; good inflation/deflation time and a balloon catheter with the best push ability and cross ability.

A. Tapered Tip
Tip is tapered to provide an entry profile of 0.017”.
B. Balloon
The Balloon is a semi-complaint material that combines the required tensile strength
with a predictable diameter, even after multiple inflations. One swaged markers
provided center to the balloon.
C. 2.4 Fr. Tapered Distal Shaft
The Inner lumen is made using tri-layer material with HDPE inner and Nylon outer in
order to minimize friction while providing the optimum stiffness to the catheter for excellent pushability and improved trackability.
The outer lumen is from an elastomeric nylon that provides superior torque transmission and optimum stiffness while the inherent memory of the material will transfer the compressive energy applied at the proximal hub to the balloon tip. All joints
are welded, no adhesive is used in the manufacture of the distal assembly.
The Inner lumen is tapered from the transition toward the balloon weld to provide for lower profile of 2.4 Fr.
D. 2.2 Fr. Proximal Shaft
The SPV Hypotube gives maximum support at the transition to the dual lumen.
E. Strain Relief
The strain relief ensures firm control and maximum shaft support to avoid kinking.
F. Double Thread Hub for Secure Connection
The hub is ergonomically designed for easy handling.
